Vincent E. Tomaneng is the Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal Counsel of Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. (MRSGI). Concurrently, he is Group General Counsel of Vicsal Development Corporation and Vicsal Group of Companies; Director and Corporate Secretary at Filipino Fund, Inc.; and Director at Pacific Mall Corporation.

Prior to joining the Vicsal Group in 2003, he worked for Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law Offices as a Senior Associate (1997-2003) and for Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co., CPA's as a Tax Supervisor (1988-1996).

Tomaneng earned his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1994 and B.S. Accountancy degree (Magna Cum Laude) in 1988 from University of San Carlos.
