(MRSGI) has secured its third consecutive Golden Arrow Award from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), reinforcing its steadfast commitment to ethical leadership, transparency, and governance excellence. The recognition highlights the Company’s dedication to aligning with global best practices while fostering enduring trust among its investors, employees, and customers.

The ICD confers the Golden Arrow Awards based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) and Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS). These frameworks evaluate publicly listed firms on how effectively they protect shareholder rights, drive operational transparency, engage key stakeholders, and maintain strong strategic oversight through their Board of Directors.

Achieving this honor for three straight years underscores MRSGI’s consistent adherence to high governance standards and its active role in building a more accountable corporate landscape in the Philippines.

Alongside governance integrity, MRSGI has also maintained its position on the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list of the region’s largest companies by revenue for three consecutive years.
